San Antonio was dressed for the red carpet!

The Fourth Annual San Antonio Fashion Awards presented by Saks Fifth Avenue & Style Lush TV

This year's Fashion Awards in San Antonio, Texas was a huge celebration of the most influential fashion people in our city. As my first time to the award show I can start off by saying everyone came dressed to impress for that red carpet. People came in from all over just to get a taste of what San Antonio's Fashion community has been talking about for years.

As media surrounded the red carpet and the beautiful floral backdrop everyone had a chance to strut their stuff. Walking down towards the seating area you were greeted by StyleLush TV for interviews about your outfits and discussion on who you wanted to see walk away with an award that night. The huge screen displaying artists and other information about the event with my girl Celina Jennee who lit the stage on fire with her eclectic sound of music selections for the night along with Simply Rayne who put on such a great performance to open the show.

The evening was filled with industry professionals who deservingly received an award for all of their hard work and tenacity throughout the year. I was excited to see some people who I did know receive an award and being in attendance felt great. The party didn't stop there with the kickoff to the after party held at Hotel Havana inside OCHO. I hung out with friends, had a few drinks, ordered food and introduced myself to new people I've never met. This is going down in my calendar as a yearly event that I can't miss. Congratulations to all of the nominees and of course to the winners of the night. With all of the excitement from the audience and all of the creatives that were there I'm expecting great things for next years Fashion Awards.
